Vacuum Forming

We often specify vacuum forming for medical or analytical devices which must be aesthetically appealing and cost-effectively manufactured in low production quantities. Typically, the high investment costs for injection molding cannot be justified in these applications. Our extensive experience optimizing designs for the vacuum forming process is demonstrated in these examples.
